• Check or money order sent by mail (your order will be shipped when funds have cleared). Please note that there is a $10.00 charge on all NSF (Non-sufficient funds) checks.

• Payment from your PayPal account
• Your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express* credit card through PayPal
  PayPal is the secure payment processor for credit card payments. To pay with your credit card choose PayPal as your payment type. Once you have completed your order, click "Process Order". You will be directed to PayPal's secure payment site. You do not have to have a PayPal account. If you do, you may Login and make your payment. If you do not, you may choose to pay securely using your credit card. You will then be asked to enter your credit card information, and PayPal will process the transaction.       

*IMPORTANT: American Express has decided to decline credit card transactions in which an American Express Corporate Card is used with PayPal. At this time, attempts to register or use an American Express Corporate Card in conjunction with PayPal will be declined.

Order Processing:

Most of our candles are poured upon receipt of your order. Our normal order processing time is 2 - 4 business days. You will be informed of any anticipated delays. Thank you.

Important information on shipping charge calculation:

Please DO NOT choose local pick-up as your shipping option, unless that is your actual intention. Doing so otherwise, will only delay shipping of your order. Thank you.

Make sure that your ZIP Code is entered as 5 digits. Our system is confused by hyphens and 9 number ZIP Codes. Your ZIP Code MUST be 5 digits.

At this time Thumbwick Candles can only ship within the United States. We attempt to quote you the most accurate shipping charges possible. We ship using the United States Post Office. All packages weighing up to 13 oz. are shipped via First Class Mail. All packages heavier than 13 oz. are shipped via Priority Mail. Our system is configured to select shipping costs based on your ZIP code and the combined weight of your order. Please make sure your ZIP code has been entered correctly, and is only 5 digits. All packages over 5 lbs. include postal insurance at no extra charge.

Choose local pick-up* as your shipping option, and you won't be charged anything extra. Then call (920) 427-6858, or e-mail pickup@thumbwickcandles.com, to arrange a time to pick up your order.

*Currently only Wisconsin ZIP codes are set up to accept local pick-up. If you would like to arrange local pick-up, but it is not a selectable shipping option, please email your 5-digit ZIP code to pickup@thumbwickcandles.comand request to be added to our system. After we have informed you of the addition, you may place your order on our website.
